Notes
Description
"After a hurricane has destroyed their home, the Thompson children are sent back to England. Their ship is captured by pirates, who get the worst of the adventure at the hands of these amoral children. When a Dutch steamer is captured, ten-year-old Emily kills the captain of that ship in a state of panic. The children return safely to England but the pirates are captured by the English Navy and stand trial in London. With little, if any, remorse, Emily takes the witness stand and sends the pirates who treated her so well to their death."
